The outreach project initiated by “Chamber Music for Life Hong Kong” Society is a platform to bring music directly to a very diverse range of people whose lives often face challenges due to aging, illness, social disadvantage or disability. Life can be very lonely and upset. Therefore, we strongly believe bringing joy of music and quality of musicians could play a significant role in society. Through continuous involvement and visiting sessions, our aspiration is to achieve beneficial impacts to the wellbeing of our communities.
CMLHK enhances young pre-professional musicians skills and training through our distinctive workshops and performance, and send them out as our Music Ambassadors into the community to perform for older and special needs people in Hong Kong. Through engagements, young musicians will raise their social awareness and foster the classical chamber music. Our role is to inspire Hong Kong young musicians to combine their exceptional talents with spiritual, generous and flexible personality for the benefits of those who are often excluded from the joy of live music performances.
